Caramel Chocolate Chip Mousse
- 1 box of Caramel Chocolate Chip cookies
- 14 oz organic extreme firm tofu
- 1-¾ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 cups coconut flour
- ¼ tsp salt
Crush 1 cup of Caramel Chocolate Chip cookies.
Add the cookie crumbs and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into bowls and add a cookie on top for effect.
