Troop Money Planning Activity

An introduction to troop money-earning activities, this overview introduces girls to the skills they will gain and the planning process for goal setting. The Money Matters activity helps girls make decisions about how to use their troop proceeds as they develop a plan.

For the plan, ask girls to answer:

  • What do we want to do?
  • Where do we want to go?
  • How much will it cost?
  • When will we go or do this?
  • Who should join us?

Next, add it up to set a cookie sale goal.
