Follow the steps to serving in an apprenticeship or training position and become eligible to earn three types of community service bars. Or, help where you are needed and plan a community service project. Follow the steps and examples outlined in the Cadette Girl Scout Handbook.

  1. Identify problems that exist in your community.
  2. Evaluate the practical aspects of the project you would like to choose.
  3. Make a commitment to your project.
  4. Begin your project.
